  June 3 Last day to apply for August 2005 graduation with an advanced degree, Graduate Division.
  June 20 - 24 New Student Orientation for transfer students and parents (held at SDSU).

Fee payments accepted for registration.

First day to apply for May or August 2006 graduation for a bachelor's degree.
  July 5
Final day for submitting theses to the Graduate Division for thesis review to ensure graduation in August 2005.
  July 6 - Aug. 24
Theses may be submitted to the Graduate Division on an at-risk basis. However, August 2005 graduation is contingent upon completion of final processing by noon, August 19. Students missing this deadline will be required to reapply for graduation for the term in which they expect to graduate.

New Student Orientation for freshmen and parents (held at SDSU).
  July 30 New Student Orientation in Northern California for freshmen students, transfer students and parents.

SDSU is not accepting undergraduate applications for spring 2006 with the possible exception of highly qualified nursing applicants.

Final day for depositing approved theses at Aztec Shops Montezuma Publishing. (Noon deadline.)

Students missing this deadline will be required to reapply for graduation for the term in which they expect to graduate.
  November 4 Last day to officially withdraw from all classes for fall 2005 and receive a prorated refund (withdrawal after September 21 requires special approval and a penalty fee is assessed).
  November 24 - 26 Holiday— Thanksgiving recess.

  December 2 Last day for submission of incomplete and RP grade removals (excluding thesis) for December 2005 graduation with an advanced degree.
  December 2 Last day for reporting results on comprehensive examinations to the Graduate Division by department or college.

  December 20 Final day for depositing approved theses at Montezuma Publishing. (Noon deadline.)
  December 22 Final day to submit thesis to Graduate and Research Affairs without having to enroll in Thesis 799B the following semester. Noon deadline.
