Last day to apply for August 2009 graduation with an advanced degree, Division of Graduate Affairs.

Applications for bachelor’s degree for May and August 2010 graduation accepted.

Final day for submitting theses to the Division of Graduate Affairs for thesis review to ensure graduation in August 2009.
  July 6 - Aug. 21
Theses may be submitted to the Division of Graduate Affairs on an at-risk basis. However, August 2009 graduation is contingent upon completion of final processing by noon, August 18. Students missing this deadline will be required to reapply for graduation for the term in which they expect to graduate.

However, December 2009 graduation is contingent upon completion of final processing by 12 noon, December 18. Students missing this deadline will be required to reapply for graduation for the term in which they expect to graduate.
  November 6 Last day to officially withdraw from all classes for fall 2009 and receive a prorated refund (withdrawal after September 16 requires special approval and a penalty fee is assessed).
