About the Major
A degree in financial services will prepare you for careers in various areas of the industry: securities, banking, insurance, real estate finance, property management and personal financial planning.
Program Highlights
Students can pursue one of three certificates as part of this degree: a certificate in risk management and insurance, a certificate in property management, or a certificate in personal financial planning. The certificate in personal financial planning is a program registered with the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. as a program intended to meet their education requirements to sit for the CFP® certification examination.
