Things to know before you visit

• Office Hours of Operation: Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Saturday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Closed Sunday & Monday.
• Online Walk-in List Registration: Opens daily at 7:00 AM and closes once capacity is reached. Space may be limited. If the waitlist is full, please visit us on the following business day. Join today’s waitlist by clicking here.
• Appointments: We don’t offer scheduled appointments, but we’ve made it easy to join our online walk-in waitlist. Think of it as a virtual queue—simply reserve your spot in line and arrive at the office once it’s your turn to be served. Join today’s waitlist by clicking here.
• Pro Tip: Arrive early and allow yourself enough time to complete your application on-site, or arrive with your application already completed and all required documents ready. 

Important Notes

• Last Applicant: Visitors are welcome up to 30 minutes before closing, space permitting. Each application takes approximately 25 minutes to process. Please arrive with all forms completed and required documents ready.

• Processing Times:  Processing times are determined by the U.S. Department of State. Please visit the Travel page on the U.S. Department of State website for the most current processing timelines.

• Urgent Passports: Emergency or urgent passport requests needed within 14 days are not processed at our location. Please schedule an appointment with your nearest Passport Agency. For additional information, visit Make an Appointment at a Passport Agency.
