Things to know before you visit

Office Hours of Operation: Tuesday through Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm & Saturdays 8:00am - 3:30pm. Closed Sunday & Monday.
Online Waitlist Registration: Opens at 7:00am and will close once capacity is met.
Walk-ins: Please join our waitlist ahead of time and have all forms completed and documents ready
Recommendation: Register early due to high demand. Save time and sign up from home - there's no need to register in person.

Important Notes

Last Applicant: Walk-ins are welcome up to 30 minutes before closing.
Confirmation: Following sign-in, a text message will be sent to you with your position in the queue and an approximate wait time.
Same-Day Service: Only for processing application, not for passport issuance.
Procesing Times: Check passport processing times, visit Travel page of the Department of State website.
Appointments: Not accepted.
