Updating address and phone number in my.SDSU and making changes
The US Federal Government requires you to report your US address on arrival and throughout your stay in the United States. Therefore, you must enter your US (LOCAL Address field in my.SDSU) address as soon as you arrive in the US and before September 1 for immigration purposes.
If you don’t, the ISC won’t be able to register your SEVIS record (I-20 or DS-2019) as Active and this could lead to termination of your SEVIS record. Please follow the directions below on how to enter your address correctly in my.SDSU for reporting purposes.
Note: Any future changes in your US address (Local Address field in my.SDSU) must be reported within 10 days of the change.

- Log into your my.sdsu portal. Click the profile tile

- Select Address in the list on the left
